Toronto & GTA Payday Loans is a referral and information service, not a direct lender. We connect borrowers in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area with licensed payday lenders who offer fast funding, often by e-Transfer within one business day. We do not originate, approve, or fund loans ourselves. Our role is to provide educational content, match you with potential lenders, and facilitate introductions.

2. Eligibility and Use

By using this site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a resident of Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario.
• You are seeking information about payday lending or wish to be referred to a licensed lender.
• You will use this service only for lawful purposes.
• You will not misrepresent your identity, location, or financial situation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Funding

While we connect borrowers with lenders who welcome all credit situations, approval and funding terms are determined solely by the lender. We make no guarantee that you will be approved, that funds will be disbursed, or that any specific terms will be offered. Lending decisions, interest rates, fees, and repayment terms are the lender's responsibility. Always review the lender's disclosure documents and terms before accepting any loan.

4. Your Information and Privacy

When you use our service, you may provide personal and financial information. Our collection and use of that information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to the collection and sharing of your information with our partner lenders for the purpose of loan matching and referral. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit.

5. Responsible Borrowing

6. Lender Terms and Agreements

Once you are referred to a lender, your relationship with that lender is governed by their own terms, privacy policy, and loan agreement. We are not responsible for the lender's conduct, fees, interest rates, or terms. Read all lender documents carefully before signing. If you have questions about a lender's terms, contact the lender directly.
